Requirements
Matric with Math and Science,Trade Tested with 5 years of experience.
Duties
Controlling and organising documents. An examination of recurring malfunctions. Pay attention to the position cards. Provide assistance with the installation and validation of new technology and equipment, and guarantee a seamless and satisfactory transition to production. Commit to special projects and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives as necessary. Encourage and engage in activities that promote process improvement. Please report and furnish division management with the necessary information.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Attend a variety of meetings and communicate/act upon the instructions. Pursue ongoing training and development. Contribute to the identification and resolution of issues by conducting root cause analysis. Accept and adhere to the methodology for the duties that have been assigned. Mentor and instruct technicians who are less experienced and apprentices Assistance with the department’s training requirements and the provision of knowledge to trainees and apprentices. Implement a proactive feedback process between management and technicians, as well as establish a communication channel for the team.
If required, provide assistance to visiting specialist engineers. Engage in effective communication with a variety of internal departments, external suppliers, service providers, and customers. Guarantee that the Company’s procedures are followed when employing contractors. Act as the initial point of contact for production and facilitate a proactive feedback process between maintenance and other departments. Encourage, adhere to, and guarantee compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, as well as all of the company’s policies and procedures, including the Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
