Duties & Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
General housekeeping chores:
Each day, tiled and carpeted office floors must be cleansed.
Disposal of all kitchen garbage and office cleaning.
Daily cleaning of dishes as needed
Daily floor and work surface cleaning
Daily cleaning and damp wiping of cabinet exteriors.
Weekly clearing and wiping of storage containers
Refrigerator and microwave are cleansed daily or weekly.
Ensure that the kitchen, break area, office space, boardroom, and meeting rooms are clean.
Accountable for timely procurement of kitchen supplies
Office Administration Duties
Assist with reception when necessary
Help with routine office administrative responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Must have a high school diploma.
Similar work experience (preferred) – Office cleaning/administrative assistant
Fundamental understanding of general hygiene practices
Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
Possessing both fluency in English and a regional language would be advantageous.
Basic Computer Skills
Crockery and grocery inventory management expertise
Excellent organisational abilities
Independently and with a great deal of responsibility, you must pay close attention to detail.
