REACTION OFFICERS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure quick response to Clients emergency inquiries
Ensure visibility at standoff points and during patrols of the surrounding area.
Ensure that client complaints are effectively addressed
Ensure that the disciplinary code is always observed.
Ensure client safety by conducting a comprehensive inspection of the premises.
A high level of service must be maintained.
Possess expert knowledge of all position-related aspects.
Participate in all training sessions
Maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness at all times.
Help with any issues or complaints
Provide complete feedback to controller when
Periodically, officers are required to submit detailed reports and comments.
Perform a daily parade and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Perform daily/weekly checklists
Officer must maintain a distance at designated locations during peak hours.
During off-hours, the region must be patrolled.
Assist all residents by identifying and advising on potential security concerns
After significant incidents, follow up with clients and offer assistance.
Pay special attention to all conversations
Provide public relations services and make introduction contacts to prospective clients.
Reactions officers are required to inform the controller of their current location.
When responding to a client’s property/ standoff, reaction officers must be energetic.
Must be enrolled in PSIRA
Must have Firearm Capability
