Job description
We seek empathic and compassionate individuals with a genuine passion for their work and a desire to make an incalculable difference in the life of a care recipient.
As a small team with discerning clients, we only employ the most qualified caregivers and provide them with unmatched guidance and training to maintain our high standards.
Before and during placements, our clinical nurse provides our caregivers with comprehensive support, including in-person orientations at the start of each new assignment.
Primary caregiver placements last between one and three months and rotate to assure strong relationships and continuity of care; respite care assignments are shorter.
In addition to providing high-quality lodging and meals, we also cover travel expenses to and from each placement.
We seek caregivers who possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting abilities in English.
Superior emotional intelligence and adaptability to client requirements
Possess culinary expertise and experience managing and maintaining a home.
Professionalism and knowledge of care delivery of the highest order
A Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 (minimum), or the ability to work towards obtaining one, or both.

Job type: temporary to permanent
Contract duration: 1 to 3 months
Weekly remuneration: R15,500.00 – R20,000.00
