Compliance Officer at a Recruitment Agency is the Job Title
The Recruitment Agency Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that candidates are compliant with the highest standards in the industry. This necessitates the gathering, verification, and upkeep of a large number of pieces of documents, ranging from DBS records to training certifications.
carrying out any and all pre-employment checks that could be necessary
collecting application forms that are complete and validating documentation from potential candidates
Keeping track of all candidate paperwork within the customer relationship management system of the organization
Closely monitoring the internal database, setting reminders for when documents’ expiration dates are approaching, and ensuring that no candidate documents reach their expiration dates before being replaced.
Providing applicants with responses to their questions, as well as updates on the status of their applications, etc.
Obtaining recommendations from applicants who are going through the compliance process so that they can be passed on to the sales team.
Trying to track down candidates who still have valid documents as well as documents that are about to expire
maintaining communication with third-party company partners regarding applicants
Keeping a complete and accurate log of all candidate interactions, including discussions, status updates, and profile edits.
Making sure that the database is always up to date and maintained to the greatest possible standard, both in terms of the candidates and the clients.
ensuring that all members of the team are accurately inputting data into the database and that any errors that have been made are identified, recognized, and corrected.
Maintaining regular communication with the team in order to provide and receive candidate updates and to ensure that the process runs smoothly
Ensure that the company will commit to and comply with the standards, protocols, and legislation of the industry.
